The Company collects personal information from users participating in BusinessByMobile Service Events to conduct market research and or marketing campaigns on behalf of Business Client Companies, where the person participating may receive an Incentive for successful participation.
By completing a Service Event, the user provides personal data, held and used by the Company, and the specific Client Company who commissioned the Service Event potentially for processing user responses, fulfilment of an Incentive, specific follow on action, and further contact using SMS, web and phone for inclusion in other relevant Service Events
Following completion of a Service Event, the user can register and accept the terms as specified on this site and may receive further notifications by email or SMS of future Service Events and if available, specific incentives.
If they no longer wish to receive further notifications, they can de-register from the Accounts Setup options of the service and / or control the number of monthly notifications text messages they are prepared to receive
Business customers with a valid Commercial Client Contract receive telephone and email support as defined in the Business Client Terms. Clients can view these terms from the link on the Client Control Centre login page

For participants BusinessByMobile Service Events are accessible via Industry standard 3rd party Internet Browsers on a Mobile phone or Personal / Laptop Computer.
Additionally, access to Service Events is possible by use of Company ‘Penny’ Software. ‘Penny’ is available from select Clients via download (or potentially pre-loaded) on select mobile phones. The applicable end user ‘Penny’ Software license can be viewed by selecting the following button link
