Initial Interaction

The Client advertises the following on the back of their Washing Powder Box:- For this month a 50% discount off Fabric Conditioner purchases if you complete our feedback survey

The user accesses the survey by sending a short mobile phone text to a short code number, iME then sends the user a message with the survey website address, and a message to download an audio file with instructions on how to use the service
